16. Venue; Applicable Law. YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE SUPREME COURT OF ONTARIO, AT THE DISCRETION OF TRUST IT YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT EITHER COURT IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. 17. Verify Members' Address: TRUST IT reserves the right to contact a customer via email or phone to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the customer with the information he or she requested from TRUST IT
18. Special Offers: Cannot be combined with any other offers and discounts. Quantities are limited. Offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. TRUST IT reserves the right to change prices and restrict coupon usage without notice. TRUST IT cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. Typographical or other errors found on this site and limits any claims for said errors to return of purchased merchandise.

Rights of Refusal of Service: TRUST IT reserves the right to refuse service and issue refunds to organizations which are deemed HARAM accordingly to Islamic Sharia Law.  Including but not limited to organizations that are harassing, libelous, and obscene, that would violate the intellectual property rights of any other party, or encourages conduct that could encourage a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation.  Also including and not limited to organizations primarily involved with Riba (usury and/or interest), conventional insurance schemes, gambling, entertainment, music, alcohol, and pork.  All sales are pending review and approval by TRUST IT executive management.  The TRUST IT executive management team may at any time terminate, refuse or cancel a sale or service with a client if deemed illegal or haram as listed but not limited to above.
